February 27.
This was a much needed vacay for me. I've been to Hawaii once before and definately had to come back to paradise. We stayed right on the water at the Outrigger. They had this awesome bar downstairs called Dukes where you can order bar food and have drinks while looking out at Waikiki beach. We had lunch there on the first day and it was poppin! It was packed with party people and the food wasn't bad either. I got myself a lava flow, one of my favorite girly dr
inks. Then we just basically hung out at the beach and walked around the town. It was windy when we got there which sucked ass, but the weather got warmer as the days went on. We went to Kailua beach the next day which was amazing! The water was sparkling blue except it was windy as hell! So we stayed for a bit, but went back to Waikiki beach where the weather was hot like fyyyah, perfect for tanning. We went to a luau at Paradise Cove at night and it freakin' started sprinkling so I had to throw on my stylish plastic poncho. But it stopped and we enjoyed the show. The next day we had some bomb ass sushi at Donroku sushi. Oh man it was good. I got my tan on, and the weather was nice and hot. We went shopping and had dinner. Then it was time to leave the next day... nooo! I didn't want to go back to reality. This trip made me realize a lot of thin
gs in life. There's so much to see in the world that I yearn to experience ! I even thought about moving to Hawaii to do hair. I came back to the Bay Area wanting a different life. I wanted to move elsewhere so badly, somewhere beachy. But as long as I keep traveling, I think I will be ok for now. To wrap this up, it was a very relaxing trip. Next time, Maui!
